     In 2020 I bought the OBD2 AP200 and until mid-May everything was working fine. At one point he forced an update even though I didn't want to. After that, it got stuck in a screen that the ''VCI IS BLOCKED''. I contacted support via chat and managed to unlock. After this update the OBD2 is no longer the same. I can't make any more diagnoses and I'm losing a lot of clients. It doesn't connect anymore, and when it connects, it loses the signal. Sometimes I spend up to 30 minutes trying and nothing! I bought another OBD2 to test it, but I didn't register it. It worked very well and very fast. And in a matter of minutes, he did the damn forced update again. Since then, the device hasn't worked anymore, and I've returned the new device to the store. I found they are getting worse after the update. I have several brands purchased and I demand that the company give me a quick solution. The MaxiAP200 application no longer exists on the android platform. Nonsense. Too biased.
